LAKE LIDDELL SPEEDBOWL - FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Where is the the track located?
Lake Liddell Speedbowl is located inside the Liddell Recreation Area.
400 Hebden Rd Muswellbrook, approx 25 mins north of Singleton.
All roads inside the recreation area have a strict 10kph speed limit.
How big is the track?
The Bowl is 180m on the pole line with a pure clay surface and steep banking.
I've been to other tracks that are double this size?
Yes that is correct!
The Bowl was purpose built to cater to small cars and karts and is the proven successful size throughout the USA.
It is currently the only track in Australia of it's type

How often do you hold race events?
All speedway race events are listed in our race calendar page.
Practice days and special events will be listed on our facebook page and promoted through the email subscription.
Can we hire the track for private use?
This can be done but unfortunately comes at a cost.

How much does it cost for spectators?
Adults - $20
Students 10 – 16 - $10
Kids under 10 FREE with a paying adult.
PIT ENTRY - $35 ENCLOSED SHOES MUST BE WORN
What times do the events start & finish?
All events will have different start times, please follow our facebook page or subscribe to our email list for updates
Finishing times are hard to know as there are many determining factors.
Can we buy tickets at the gate?
Yes tickets will be available at the gate.
Do you have EFTPOS?
Yes we do offer EFTPOS facilities but this can be unreliable at times due to an unstable internet connection. Cash is the preferred payment to avoid EFTPOS frustrations.
Is there food available to purchase?
Yes we have a full canteen available.
Again EFTPOS is available but cash is the preferred payment method.
Can we bring our own food & drinks?
Yes this is perfectly fine, NO GLASS what so ever is to be brought into the venue.
Is BYO allowed?
Yes but please keep in mind this is a family venue and we ask that anyone enjoying a few drinks do so in moderation and respect the other guests around you. NO GLASS is allowed in the venue and anyone caught with glass will be asked to leave without warning.
What should we bring?
We encourage all spectators to rugs or chairs to sit on and pack for cooler weather.
